~ Lynn Mayapple, author ~

Hello and welcome! I am Lynn, the author of books for children at May Books. This first book, Tiny the Puppy, is very close to my heart. I hope very much that you enjoy reading it, and that it will be a book you reach for often and for a long time to come. Currently there are several new books in progress, including a second book about Tiny, and I am so pleased to continue his story. My desire is to create books that encourage the exploration of feelings, as well as exemplify the enduring values of love, true friendship, giving, and steadfastness. The stories feature emotionally rich characters, and are simple and poignant, always with an underlying tenderness. In my younger days, I studied at Ohio Dominican University, obtaining my degree in Literature and Creative Writing. I reside in Ohio with my dear dog Pippin and the memory of my beloved dog Baxter.

~ Linden Eller, illustrator ~

Linden Eller is an American fine artist and educator. She creates mixed media illustrations in a playful and minimal style for a variety of clients, including authors of children's books. Her abstract collages and paintings have been featured in numerous publications and exhibited internationally. She currently lives in Mount Holly, Vermont with her partner, son, cat, and an abundance of houseplants.
